A Virtual Reality experience project aimed at educating users about e-waste management and its environmental impact. The project involves designing an immersive VR environment where users can interact with various elements to learn about the harmful impacts of e-waste, proper disposal methods, and the importance of recycling electronic devices. Using speculative fiction to imaine a future scenario where e-waste has led to significant environmental challenges, this project seeks to raise awareness and promote responsible e-waste management practices through engaging storytelling and interactive experiences.

Delving into user actions within IKEA, we scrutinized key touchpoints, focusing on enhancing the overall experience. Notable interactions included finding products in the market hall, using the Kiosk for personalized furniture, locating items via app or kiosk, and dining at the restaurant. Our comprehensive testing revealed the most compelling experience: Interacting with the Kiosk for customized furniture. Consequently, our study concentrates on optimizing this particular facet, aiming to elevate user engagement and satisfaction within the IKEA Experience.
